1. If using our online reservation service, we ask our customers to make a reservation at least 12 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, you can accept phone reservations at any time.

     2. After making a reservation, the reservation is only accepted after confirming it by email or phone. If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please inform us by phone or email to confirm receipt of your reservation.

     3. If customers cannot see the driver near arrivals at the airport, they should call Antalya Viva Transfer Direct or the driver to allocate a pick-up point. Passengers should not leave the airport without informing us or the driver.

     4. Passengers must be at the designated collection point at the agreed time. If there are changes or problems with the time or location, passengers should contact Antalya viva Transfers Direct or the driver to make other arrangements.

     5. Customers must be ready to depart at the agreed pickup time. The passenger cannot be changed this time after the driver arrives.

     6. Customers must clearly indicate the location of their pick-up, with the full name or complex of the apartments, unit number and other relevant information (for example, whether a hotel has a back or front entrance).

     7. Prices are subject to the types and number of pickups and drop-offs which must be clearly stated in the reservation request. However, if additional pickup or drop-off is required, customers should contact Antalya Viva Transfer Direct as we are in a position to decide prices.

     8. We allow 15 minutes waiting time for pickup from residential addresses,

     9. Our company takes no responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed for a pick-up or drop-off due to bad weather, traffic jams, road works or other delays.

     10. Direct Antalya Viva Transfer can only receive cash payments in Pounds, Euros or Turkish Lira. All payments must be made at the beginning of the transfer.

     11. If you need to contact the driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to print and keep the confirmation sent by us as it has our company name and number.

     12. Passengers should inform us that they will have additional equipment such as fishing rods, bicycles, golf bags, etc. This will ensure that a suitable vehicle is dispatched.

     13. Infants are also considered passengers and we can provide necessary amenities such as infant, upright and child seats. For infants and children 3 months to 6 years old, customers should specify whether a toddler or upright seat is required. 1 of these facilities  We provide it for free.

     14. In case we have many simultaneous reservations, we may arrange two reservations for the same reservation. This is rare, but it does happen. Also, we will only do this if both bookings are on the same flight and heading to the same region. We do not discount if a transfer is shared.  

     15. For domestic flights, at least at the airport  one hour  , for international flights at least  two hours  should be early.

     16. All our transfer fees already include VAT.

     17. Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles.

     18. Our company has the right if it does not carry passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the driver determines that it poses a danger to the safety of the customer's vehicle.

     19. Weather conditions, traffic jams, etc. If we are unable to carry out your transfer for some reason, you will be informed as soon as possible. Therefore, please check that the mobile phone number you provided on the form is correct.

     20. Seat belts are available in all cars, minibuses and buses. All transfers are made in accordance with local laws and regulations.

     21. Car speed limit; 90 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 100 km/h for divided roads. 120 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Speed limit for Buses, Minibuses and Midibuses; 80 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 90 km/h for divided roads, 100 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Exceeding these limits will not be requested.
